Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Rezerved. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

What we provide

Rezerved is booking software: a page for your business, a calendar, an assistant that answers and books on your behalf, reminders, and the tools around them. We provide it as it is described on this site and we try to keep it running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Your account

• Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate business details, and keep them current.
• You must be able to enter a contract in your country.

Your content and your customers

Your page content, services, prices and customer records stay yours. You grant us the licence needed to host and display them so the product works. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for honouring the bookings you accept. Where you collect personal data from your customers through Rezerved, you are the controller of that data and we process it for you — see the privacy policy.

The AI assistant

The assistant drafts replies and can take bookings within the limits you configure. It can get things wrong. You decide which actions it may take, and you remain responsible for what it does under your account — review your settings before enabling automatic booking, cancellation or deposits.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
• No using Rezerved to send unsolicited marketing.
• No probing, scraping or overloading the service, and no reselling it without our agreement.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Fees exclude VAT unless stated. If a payment fails we may suspend the account after notice. Where deposits are taken from your customers, that money is between you and them; refunds follow your own policy.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time. We can end this agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you break these terms. When it ends you can export your data; after 90 days we delete it.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Beyond that, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced before they take effect, and continuing to use Rezerved means accepting them. These terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of Athens, unless mandatory consumer rules in your country say otherwise.
